Rules & Regulations

EveryOneWillWin" is a membership site owned by Steve yakim.  Throughout this document, "EveryOneWillWin" is used to refer to this partnership as well as to the individual partners and their principals.

1) EveryOneWillWin is a co-registration site just like any other giveaway.  By filling out the membership form, you agree to accept emails from the owner of every FREE gift you click on to download.  If you decide to stop receiving these emails, you must click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each publisher's email.

2) EveryOneWillWin is a one-time, privately held event and you may only sign up to participate if you have been invited by Steve yakim or by an affiliate of this website.

3) EveryOneWillWin reserves the right at its sole discretion to improve, modify or remove any information or content appearing on the website. EveryOneWillWin may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the website at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

4) LIMIT OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL EveryOneWillWin AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, WITH ANY DELAY OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE, WITH ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR INTENDED USE, OF THIS WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF EveryOneWillWin , OR ANY OF THE SUPPLIERS OR AFFILIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

5) NO WARRANTY: EveryOneWillWin AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY FOR ANY PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES CONTAINED IN THIS WEBSITE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EveryOneWillWin AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, PROFITABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.

6) This one-time event is void where prohibited by law.

7) Right to refuse service: EveryOneWillWin reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse service at any time, or to remove any user or contest provider from the website at any time.

8) Affiliates may invite other individuals to become a part of this event only by the use of lawful purposes. If an affiliate is caught sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE or SPAM), EveryOneWillWin reserves the right to remove that affiliate from the database and to deny any further access to him or her.

9) Affiliates who do not meet the referral requirements as found on the "Joint Venture Partner Invitation" are subject to having their gifts removed without notice.  This is done solely for the purpose of keeping the promotion fair to all those who are working hard to promote EveryOneWillWin.

10) Licensed Rights. By including your gift in the EveryOneWillWin, you hereby warrant that you are the legal owner of the gift and that your license allows you the right to give away the gift to others.  By including your gift in the EveryOneWillWin, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless, EveryOneWillWin and it's owners, Steve yakim, from any claims, lawsuits, or other actions for copyright infringement or violation of a license prohibiting the transfer of resale rights or reprint rights.  Furthermore, you agree that in the event your inclusion of your gift results in any type of action whatsoever against the EveryOneWillWin or it's owners, you shall also be responsible for attorneys fees and costs of defending such matter. 

Copyright Infringement is a very serious offense that carries with it a minimum penalty of $150,000 plus attorneys fees and costs!  DO NOT even consider including a gift unless you are sure that you have the right to do so, in writing, from the product owner!  

In the event that EveryOneWillWin or it's owners become aware of, or have reason to believe, that you may not have transferable rights to the gift you included in the EveryOneWillWin, we will immediately suspend your gift and we reserve the right to immediately remove it completely.

10) Refunds.  Because of the nature of the products offered through EveryOneWillWin, no refunds will be issued.  This "No Refund Policy" applies to the purchase of the EveryOneWillWin One-Time-Offers, to the Gold Membership that allows you to download all gifts without opting in to any gift-giver's subscriber's list.
